High School Transfer Applicants

Mid-Year Transfers
Students interested in transferring for second semester must submit their application by November 8, 2024, to receive an admission decision by November 15.

Transfer Applications for the Following School Year
STVM welcomes transfer applications from current freshmen and sophomores for the following school year. Applications must be submitted by May 15. We consider transfers for sophomore and junior entry only.

Transfer Application Process

Required Documents
Please have the following documents ready for upload:
  • Most recent report card from the current school year
  • Final report card from the previous school year
  • Birth certificate or passport
Application Steps
  • Blackbaud Account: If you already have a student at STVM, Blackbaud should recognize your email. New families will need to create an account before starting the application.
  • Student Participation: Some responses must be completed by the student, so they should be present while filling out the form.
  • Teacher Recommendations: You will be asked to provide the email addresses of two current teachers in English, reading, math, science, social studies, or a language (Spanish, French, etc.). They will receive an email to complete an online recommendation form.
  • Admissions Interview: Once we receive your application, our Enrollment Office will contact you to schedule an interview.
Admission Criteria
Acceptance to STVM is based on a review of academic records and achievements. We seek hardworking, well-rounded students who lead by example and are eager for the challenges of a Catholic high school education.
