St. Vincent-St. Mary High School is located just west of downtown Akron at Market and North Maple streets, providing convenient access off of major state and highway routes to students throughout Summit, Stark, Medina and Cuyahoga counties. Transportation options include:

Metro Bus Service
Students who live in the Akron Public School district may be eligible for free or reduced-priced metro passes. Call Merge Freeman of Metro Central Registration/Bus Passes at 330.761.2961 regarding eligibility and to arrange an appointment to complete the process for obtaining a pass.
St. Vincent-St. Mary Shuttle Services
STVM operates shuttles along various major routes throughout the greater Summit and Stark County areas. A minimum number of riders is needed to provide transportation service for all routes. Route location will be determined based on the number and location of riders. All routes will be determined prior to the start of the school year. If a route needs to be canceled due to a limited number of riders, your contract will be voided. There is a cost for utilizing St. Vincent-St. Mary provided transportation. Prices are listed on the Transportation Form. Please download and return the Transportation Form to enroll in St. Vincent-St. Mary transportation for the 2024-2025 school year. 
*For the 2024-25 School Year STVM is providing two routes along the Route 8 corridor. The North Route includes stops in Northfield, and the South Route includes stops in North Canton.
