To reserve your place, please submit the following information and payment by Friday, August 30, 2024:
  1. Name of attendee (and spouse / partner) - please include maiden name.
  2. Email address, home address, and phone number (for classmates)

  4. Advance purchase of 50/50 raffle tickets: $1 each, 7 for $5. Include with dinner payment
